What options do I have to place an order?

What methods of payment can I use?
For online orders Hockey Zone Minnesota accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express. Sorry we do not accept personal checks.
Does Hockey Zone offer discounts on multiple item purchases?
Sticks, Blades, Shafts: If you purchase 2 wood blades, wood sticks, composite sticks, composite shafts or composite blades at regular price you will receive 10% off each item. If you purchase 3 wood blades, wood sticks, composite sticks, composite shafts or composite blades at regular price you will receive 15% off each item. Discount does not apply to combinations of products (i.e. 1 shaft and 1 blade account for 2 items toward discount.)
Protective Equipment: If you purchase 2 items of protective (helmets, shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey gloves, hockey pants or shin guards) at regular price you will receive a 10% discount off each item. If you purchase 3 items at regular price you will receive a 15% discount off each item. If you purchase 4 items or more at regular price you will receive a 20% discount off each item.
Discounts not valid on closeout items and are not valid with other offers. Hockey Zone reserves the right to change or discontinue the discount programs at any time.
If I buy a pair of skates, will they come sharpened?
Yes. You let us know how you like your skates sharpened and we will custom sharpen them free of charge and have them ice ready when you receive them. This offer only applies on the purchase of ice skates and not on subsequent sharpenings. Custom sharpening can be purchased from Hockey Zone but all charges would apply.
Will Hockey Zone Minnesota accept special orders?
Yes. If there is an item you do not see on our website, contact us and we will get you pricing and availability information. If the information is agreeable to you, let us know if you would like it ordered.
When will my order ship?
If your order is received before 2:00 pm CST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) it will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 pm CST will shipped the next business day. If the order is received Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped on Monday.
Will I be charged tax?
Hockey Zone Minnesota must charge 6.875% Minnesota state sales tax and .5% St. Cloud area city tax on all products being delivered within Minnesota. All other orders will not be charged sales tax.
What is Hockey Zone Minnesota's return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please call Hockey Zone Minnesota at 877-856-0595 within 30 days to arrange return. Be sure to save original receipt/invoice. Product must be returned unused in original packaging. Returns of under garments such as jocks and supporters will not accepted. Exchanges due to a Hockey Zone error will be shipped back at no additional charge (ground, continental US only). COD's will not be accepted.

What if I have questions about what size to buy?
Sizing hockey equipment is not an exact science and, unfortunately, the online fitting guides will only "get you in the ballpark." The best thing to do is give Hockey Zone a call at 877-856-0595 or email us at info@hockeyzonemn.com and we will walk you through the fitting process to ensure the best possible fit.
Does Hockey Zone Minnesota offer equipment cleaning?
Yes, Hockey Zone does offer equipment cleaning. We now have the Sport-O-Zone machine in our Waite Park location only. The ozone machine seeks out and kills bacteria, viruses, and mold, helping to reduce odor. The cost is $10.00 per bag and takes about 15 minutes.
